Practicing Yoga improves circulation, elevates mood, and heightens mental acuity while reducing stress. A continuous Yoga practice increases flexibility and strength, and helps improve respiration, motor skills and balance.

In the Dragonfly Studio whether we practice gentle yoga or yoga flow we explore mindful stretching and focused breathing to ease out muscle tensions and limber the joints. We will concentrate on breath awareness in order to quiet the mind and relax the body. Stress reduction is achieved through relaxation techniques which help develop new body awareness and improve concentration.

The best approach to achieve amazing results is through maintaining an ongoing consistant yoga program both at home and with a group of positive spirited class members in the Dragonfly Studio. 

Drop-ins and beginners are welcome anytime.

FIRST VISIT IS FREE.   Each yoga class is 1.25 hours - Drop-in fee $12.    Monthly discounts available.
