Beginning Meditation Sessions

No Experience Required. Have you ever wondered how meditation may benefit your body? Our class sessions are designed for the beginner or anyone with a desire to participate in the wonderful energy of group meditation. Come and join Bonnie Murphy in this comfortable approach to understanding and experiencing various meditation techniques.

Bonnie is a certified and registered Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and is dedicated to the study of meditation. She has attended various meditation classes and sessions in the local community and is influenced by the methods of Eckhart Tolle and David Fontana. Her experience includes teacher training classes with Kripalu Approach to Meditation and has recently become certified in the Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique at the MA Center in San Ramon.
