Try Whole Body Yoga on Saturday

In this class we develop an awareness for how Yoga benefits the entire body. We will practice strengthening poses for muscle & bone health, calming poses to reduce stress, and restorative poses for relaxation. Come and experience poses that stimulate the circulatory system as well as glands and hormones.
