Bonnie and Julie hosted their First annual Yoga & Meditation retreat in Georgetown in June 2010. A wonderful weekend away with fellow “yogis” provided time for reflection and growth. Please contact Bonnie for information about Dragonfly Studio’s next weekend retreat.

What: Transitions- Yoga & Meditation Retreat

Description of the June 2010 retreat: Allow yourself a weekend of reconnecting with self through the healing power of nature. The retreat center is located on a 10 acre property in the Sierra foothills within the serenity of a peaceful natural forest setting.  Energizing yoga classes will be held each morning followed by meditation instruction. Restorative yoga offered in the evening will allow for relaxation and inner peace.  There will be leisure time to explore the forest trails, swim in the natural pond, soak in the hot tub, and walk the labyrinth. The days will also include teachings, special events, and delicious gourmet vegetarian meals prepared by our own chef Mark Follansbee.
