I love to help facilitate a more profound self awareness and deep healing through my body work practice.  I continue to study more and will never stop. My passion is working with people to help bring them into their own balanced true place.  I have worked with stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, headaches, neck problems, cancer, chronic and acute back pain, pregnancy, fertility, childhood injury (emotional and physical), MS, parkinsons, auto immune disorders, etc….
I like to have many different tools with which to work for each individual that comes to me. When it is a truly great session, I just let the person’s higher form of self work through me and guide me.
