Description: This class offers a safe & supported environment to strengthen & open while sharing with other women during the very dynamic time of pregnancy. The practice is designed to meet any skill level & includes a circle check-in time, centering, grounding, warm-ups, and a strengthening workout appropriate for the pregnant body, deep relaxation, visualization, & meditation.
