GENTLE STYLE YOGA
This class is for all levels and beginners are welcome too! In this evening time class the intention is to find calm and learn ways to quiet the mind through focused breath and gentle movements. On any given session you may find a variety of forms; from flow movements with modifications for all levels to slow restorative and meditative movements to encourage new body awareness. The session may be adjusted based on the energy of the group for that particular evening. Participants are always encouraged to honor one’s own body by moving at your individual pace. Drop in! WHOLE BODY YOGA and NEW: Community YOGA
Community Yoga is held every FIRST SATURDAY of the month at 9:00am. This is a FREE class to all who wish to experience a “Good Morning” class. All other Saturday classes of the month will be led by either Bonnie or Diane. During these Saturday morning classes we develop an awareness for how Yoga benefits the entire body. We will practice strengthening poses for muscle & bone health, calming poses to reduce stress, and learn ways to refresh internal organs. Come and experience poses that stimulate the circulatory system as well as glands and hormones. Some poses focus on a Yin style of lengthening connective tissue and stimulate energy meridians. A continuous yoga practice is the most beneficial for the entire body, mind and soul! Drop in anytime $12 – all levels welcome!

SOFT YOGA
This class is designed for the mature audience or bodies with unique challenges as we focus on long stretches to melt away stiffness and feel good again! All ages are welcome and this class is perfect for beginners. No matter how young you may be it’s never too early to become more aware of your body, mind, emotions and inner spirit! Our bodies have endured life’s experiences and are still here with us every day. So we need to honor our “self” with a softer, slower yoga practice. In this class we will become aware of how the mind and body can connect to release stress, become calmer, and increase mental acuity. Also:

- Increase lung capacity * Experience relaxation techniques

FLOW OF YOGA
Julies flow of yoga class is for all people no matter age or ability. She guides a vinyasa flow (moving from one posture into the next with focus on breath and inner-self). She weaves her knowledge of acupressure and energy healing into her classes. Students leave feeling relaxed, energized, balanced and more self aware. First class is free! Please come try it out.

Diane’s Yoga Flow and Stretch
Diane’s evening class is based on traditional Hatha Yoga and incorporates poses in a vinyasa-style flow along with slow stretches to create strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation. This class is perfect for all levels and beginners are always welcome! Diane demonstrates modifications for most yoga postures in order for each individual to come into their best body position. This is a regular class that meets every Monday evening.

PRENATAL YOGA

Hanna’s style of prenatal yoga is a culmination of her experiences. She weaves together traditional yoga philosophy, asana, pranayam, and her knowledge of labor preparation to meet the specific needs of women on the journey of birth and motherhood. This class offers women a safe and supported environment to strengthen and open while sharing with other women during the very dynamic time of pregnancy. The practice is designed to meet any skill level and includes a circle check-in time, centering, grounding, warm-ups, and a strengthening workout appropriate for the pregnant body, deep relaxation, visualization, and meditation. Joining a practice of love and acceptance with conscious breathe and mindful movement allows a woman to open and release into her power, which is the best place to move into birth and mothering. CHAIR YOGA
Chair yoga can be enjoyed by anyone regardless of age and physical or mental ability. All postures are done seated for safety and to encourage movement without fear of losing balance. Chair yoga can be a life enhancing program for healthy aging. A typical class will develop a new body awareness through seated yoga postures and focus on proper breathing. Bonnie will come to your facility to offer a physical/ social activity that helps stimulate the mind and emotions in a positive way. Each posture is demonstrated moving only to the point of slight sensation or gentle stretch. Each participant may have certain challenges and every pose will look unique on each individual.
